Syllabus and Exam Pattern for PRT

PRT stands for Primary Teacher. A PRT teaches class I to V students. HTET 2020 will be conducted OMR Based.  The Question Paper consists of 150 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions). Each Question carrying one mark. There will be four alternatives of each MCQ out of which one will be correct answer. There is no Negative Marking. Duration of the exam is two and half hours (150 Minutes). Question Paper (QP) is divided into 5 Parts.

Validity of HTET Certificate is now 7 years.

The Board of School Education Haryana mentions that the syllabus will be as per the syllabus of Class I to V (as per the latest syllabus of 2019-20). BSEH also clarifies in the information bulletin that the standard of the questions can be difficult upto the secondary stage. There is no particular topicwise syllabus of exam. 

Qualifying Marks

All Categories except Scheduled Caste and Physically Challenged

90 Marks (60% of Total Marks)

For Scheduled Caste and Physically Challenged of Haryana State

82 Marks (55% of Total Marks)

For Scheduled Caste and Physically Challenged of other States (except Haryana)

90 Marks (60% of Total Marks)
