Candidate needs to get Qualified for HTET Level 2 in Sanskrit i.e TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) to apply for the posts of TGT Sanskrit in Haryana. HTET TGT Sanskrit Eligibility is given below:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in Sanskrit and as a teaching subject (Sanskrit) in BTC/JBT/D.Ed/D.El.Ed
OR
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in Sanskrit and as a teaching subject (Sanskrit) in B.Ed/B.Ed (Special Education) in accordance with the NCTE
OR
4 Years Bachelor in Elementary Education with at least 50% marks in Sanskrit as a Subject
OR
4 Years integrated B.A, B.Ed with at least 50% marks in Sanskrit as a Subject
OR
Shastri with at least 50% marks from a recognized university and Shiksha Shastri/Language Teacher Course (L.T.C) Original Training (O.T) in Sanskrit conducted by the Haryana Govt. or an equivalent qualification recognized by Haryana Education Department. - Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the Subject in Matric or Hindi as one of the Subject in Higher Education
